All you need to know for SIWW Spotlight 2025!

Here’s an administrative checklist to assist you in your preparations for SIWW Spotlight 2025.

Shirt without tie (jacket optional) for gentlemen, equivalent for ladies

The counters are located at Level 1, APEX Gallery, and operating hours are shown in the table below. Long queues are expected at registration on the morning of Monday, 23 June 2025. We recommend collecting your badge on Sunday, 22 June 2025, or arriving at least 30 minutes early on the event day to allow ample time for check-in.

All delegates must wear their official event badge to gain entry to sessions, the Solutions Marketplace, networking functions and meals.

The Joint Opening of SIWW Spotlight 2025 and the 41st IAHR World Congress (IAHR2025 Singapore) will take place on 23 June 2025 (Monday) 9:15AM at Singapore EXPO Meeting Rooms.

Overseas delegates are reminded to submit the SG Arrival Card within three (3) days (including the day of arrival) of arrival into Singapore and should comply with the prevailing Entry Requirements. Click here to submit online.

• Self-drive: Car parking is available at the Singapore EXPO
• Public transport: Singapore EXPO is served by two MRT lines: the East-West (Green) Line and Downtown (Blue) Line. You may travel by either line and alight at the Expo MRT station (CG1/DT35) via Exit A
• Taxi: Please inform the driver to drop you off at the taxi stand of Foyer 1 (I4)
• Shuttle bus: Single trip shuttle service will be provided daily from Dorsett Changi City Singapore to Singapore EXPO between 8:15AM – 10:00AM from 22 – 24 June 2025.

For professional and chartered engineers in Singapore, SIWW Spotlight 2025 is accredited with Professional Development Units by the Singapore Professional Engineers Board (PEB). To claim your PDUs, please email your full name and email address registered with PEB and your PEB Membership Number to registration@siww.com.sg by 7 July 2025 (Monday).
